Event Details
Northern Tier Library, in partnership with the Pittsburgh Classic Movie Club, will show the movie Father Goose starring Cary Grant as an aircraft spotter on an isolated island and Leslie Caron as a teacher of an all girls school in this romantic comedy set during World War II.
Doors will open at 6:30 PM, with the movie starting at 7:00 PM. These movies are free, and refreshments will be provided so we ask for registration to account for supplies.
Pittsburgh Classic Movie Club's mission is to preserve and promote classic film (Golden Age of Hollywood, 1910-1969) in the community. To that end, they offer free movie screenings throughout the Pittsburgh area.
