Tuesday, October 10: Tapas Party
- Spanish Gazpacho
- Marinated Spanish-Style Olives
- Chorizo al Vino Tinto
- Herbed Cheese
- Spanish Albondigas
- Fingerling Papas Bravas with Smoky Aioli
- Arroz Con Leche
Tuesday, November 14: Hors d'oeuvres for Entertaining
- Ricotta-Tomato Tart
- Caramelized Onion Galette
- Spinach Maria
- Dill Pickle Pâté Prepared Three Ways
- Tuxedo Meatball Skewers
- Savory Pepper, Fennel, and Rosemary Biscotti
Classes are $45 each. If you register and pay for all three classes prior to Monday, September 11 (or when the class fills), the price will be discounted to $110 for the series.
There will be a limit of 30 attendees, so advance registration and payment is required. Please note that adjustments may be made (and if needed, cancelation) in regards to everyone's safety.
