Thinking outside the box of chocolates this Valentine's Day?

Novel Breads Co. will talk about why bread makes a loving gift and explore ideas for using bread in your Valentine's Day plans. There will be a demonstration on how to make these dishes:

  • Love Muffin Baklava Breakfast Bites (made with heart-shaped English Muffins, coated with a honey pistachio topping) Contains Nuts
  • Roasted Orange Panzanella (fresh orange salad tossed with basil evoo, orange balsamic and roasted orange martini bread croutons)
  • Winter Vegetable Crumble Tossed with Feisty Tomato Bread Chips (winter vegetables roasted in olive oil and served with bread chips)
  • Meatless Ricotta Meatballs (ricotta mixture made with toasted blonde and classic Italian breads served with Mama Rosa's Fried Pepper Sauce)
  • Toasted Bread Milk Shakes (vanilla ice cream blended with a cream slurry of Sizzling Rosemary Brownie Bread)

This program is limited to adults only, and there is a fee upon registration of $10 per person. There is a limit of 20 so advance registration and payment is required.
