Northern Tier Library will have Notary Public Donna Herrle, a member of the PA Association of Notaries, from Notary in Your Neighborhood at the library to notarize your documents on Friday, April 12 from 9:30-11:00 AM. 

Notary in Your Neighborhood provides a unique full-time mobile notary service in Pittsburgh, PA that travels to your location when you cannot get to an office to deal with vital documentation. 

Services included are:

  • Affidavits
  • Verifications
  • Acknowledgements
  • Power-of-Attorney
  • Wills
  • Medical Directives
  • Other Notary Documents as Requested.

No Motor Vehicle, T-Plate or Department of Motor Vehicle Services can be notarized during this event.

If your document requires witnesses like Power-of-Attorney or Wills, please call the library at 724-449-2665 to be put in touch with Donna before the program.

You must bring all necessary documentation and valid ID.

Valid ID (must be signed and government issued) accepted includes:

  • Original Social Security Card
  • Non-expired Passport
  • Non-expired State Photo ID (doesn't have to be PA)
  • Non-expired State Driver's License (doesn't have to be PA)

While there is no fee for this program, there is a suggested donation of $1-$20. Registration is requested, but walk-ins are welcome!
