Northern Tier Library, in partnership with the Pittsburgh Classic Movie Club, will show the movie Key Largo about a drifter, played by Humphrey Bogart, who visits the family hotel of a war buddy who was killed in action only to find that a Chicago mobster and his gang have taken over the place.
Doors will open at 6:30 PM, with the movie starting at 7:00 PM. These movies are free, and refreshments will be provided so we ask for registration to account for supplies.
Pittsburgh Classic Movie Club's mission is to preserve and promote classic film (Golden Age of Hollywood, 1910-1969) in the community. To that end, they offer free movie screenings throughout the Pittsburgh area.
