Join Northern Tier Library and Chef Carol Nardello this fall for a series of cooking classes, Tuesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 PM!

Tuesday, September 10: Fall Harvest Dinner Party

  • Corn and Zucchini Chowder
  • Roast Pork Loin with Maple Carrots and Apples
  • Oven-Toasted Creamy Mashed Potatoes
  • Fall Harvest Salad
  • Quick Caramel Apple Tart

Tuesday, October 15: Oktoberfest Feast

  • Obatzda Bavarian Soft Cheese Dip
  • Schweinebraten Braised German Pork Shoulder Roast
  • Bavarian Potato Salad with Hot Marinade
  • Bavarian Cream with Berries and Mint

Tuesday, November 12: Chili Night

  • White Chili Verde
  • Ree Drummond's BEST Chili
  • Super Corn Bread
  • Texas Cinnamon-Chocolate Sheet Cake

Classes are $45 each. If you register and pay for all three classes prior to Wednesday, September 4 (or when the class fills), the price will be discounted to $110 for the series.

There will be a limit of 30 attendees, so advance registration and payment is required.
