Northern Tier Library and Chef Carol Nardello present a new series of cooking demonstrations this spring on select Tuesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 PM!

Tuesday, April 22: Mother's Day Brunch

  • Sunshine Citrus Punch
  • Crustless Quiche with Sausage, Bacon, and Ham
  • Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole
  • Blueberry Drop Scones

Tuesday, May 6: Summertime Sheet Pan Dinners

  • 15-Minute Sheet Pan Pineapple Teriyaki Pork
  • Sheet Pan Summer Vegetables and Chicken
  • Healthy Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies
  • Key Lime Slab Pie

Tuesday, May 27: Hawaiian Luau Party

  • Shoyu Chicken with Steamed Rice
  • Hawaiian Kalua Pork
  • Jicama Salad
  • Chocolate Haupia Pie

Classes are $45 each. If you register and pay for all three classes prior to Monday, April 14 (or when the class fills), the price will be discounted to $110 for the series. To get the discount, please call the library or register in person to pay for the class.

There will be a limit of 30 attendees, so advance registration and payment is required.
